Job Description

Quest Group has partnered with a stable and fast-growing company in Lawrenceville that is in need of a Talent Acquisitions Director to join their team! This person will be responsible for managing a team as well as recruiting - the company hired over 100 employees last month!  Duties of Talent Acquisitions Director:

  • Leading recruiting efforts for low-high level acquisitions 
  • Source and screen potential candidates, conduct interviews and hire the right candidate
  • Collaborate with other departments 
  • Lead a team of recruiters and meet companies hiring goals

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Bachelors degree
  • Generalist experience
  • At least 3+ years in a Recruiting role
  • At least 2 years of management experience
  • National experience is a plus
  • Technical platform experience (i.e LinkedIn, Indeed, Glassdoor)
