Job Description

One of Quest Group's long term clients in Norcross, GA is looking for an Accounts Payable Coordinator to join their team! This company is very family oriented and offers stability and longevity. This is a place you can plant your feet long term! The Accounts Payable Coordinator will be responsible for maintaining current accounts and assist in invoicing functions.

  • Audits, codes and processes invoices for entry and payment
  • Ensures monthly processing deadline is met for all recurring invoices and activities.
  • Manages Concur Expense processes including report status updates from receipt through to reimbursement
  • Responsible for all vendor partner equity funds usage, reconciliation and reporting 
  • Enters and maintains vendor online billing credentials
  • Researches and resolves all vendor and associated inquiries.

Job Requirements

The TOP candidate will have:

  • College degree
  • 3-4 years of Accounts Payable experience
  • Strong use of MS Office (Excel, Word, PP)
  • Demonstrates strong organizational/time management skills, a team-player who can work well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
