Job Description

Quest Group Executive Search is looking for an Administrative Assistant, experienced in Accounting for an Immediate Direct Hire Opportunity with a local Arlington Client. 

Administrative / Human Resource Responsibilities include:

  • Onboarding New Hires
  • Handle Termination paperwork
  • Handle salary increase paperwork
  • Liaise with Internal employees
  • Answer phones and/or general customer service inquiries.

Accounting Responsibilities include:

  • Generating Customer Invoices
  • Billing
  • Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable

Job Requirements

  • High Sense of Urgency
  • High degree of confidentiality
  • High School Diploma or equivalent required, Associates or College degree preferred, not required.
  • Experienced with MS Office
  • Previous Experience with JD Edwards or similar Accounting System.
  • Strong MS Excel Skills
  • Bilingual (english/spanish) preferred, not required
