Office Manager/Admin Assistant (Bilingual Spanish/English) for CPA

My Client is a growing CPA Firm in Sandy Springs seeking an experienced Office Manager/Admin Assistant. A very prestigious clientele in Metro Atlanta. The firm currently has 6 Associates and they are growing. Must be bilingual Spanish/English. - Maintain all office inventory, prepare orders with local vendors as well as coordinate office upkeep - Work directly with CPA to ensure office operations run smoothly, maintain daily office operations - Build rapport with clients directly, as first point of contact for the office - Answer correspondence from clients and provide assistance with inquires - Mange confidential client information, provide client with information of taxes and procedures - Mange invoicing and gather payments from clients through various portal -Work closely with interns during recruitment process

Job Requirements

Previous Administrative Assistant experience in a professional setting

Strong verbal and written communication in English and Spanish
