Job Description

Quest Group Staffing has an immediate need for 3-4 Customer Care Professionals, for a rapidly growing, well respected Atlanta based organization. 
Responsibilities include:

  • First point of contact for customers via phone

  • Coordinate Payment Plans with current and former customers.

  • Help guide customers to ensure satisfactory payment on account.

  • Handle 100 inbound calls/day

  • Exhibit strong customer first mindset

  • Desire to grow in career and with company.

  • Maintain customer records by updating account information.

  • Maintain Customer Confidentiality

  • Process customer adjustments when necessary.

Selected candidates would be eligible for monthly based bonuses

Job Requirements

  • Previous Call Center or Customer Care experience (minimum of 2 years)

  • Energetic, outgoing personality

  • Customer First Mindset

  • Punctual

  • Strong ability to multi task

  • Experienced with a high volume / fast paced environment.

  • Strong verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office
