Job Description

We are looking for experienced Escalations Customer Service Rep for 2 open positions with a company in Atlanta!

This is a contract position with the possibility to go perm based on performance.

Monday-Friday 9:00am - 6:00pm

The Escalations Customer Service Rep will be handling the highest level of customer concerns through escalated calls.

Other responsibilities:

  • Research, analyze and resolve customer concerns in timely manner

  • Manage ticketing and maintain ownership of workload

  • Balance both the needs of customers and the business through research, service and operations¬†

Job Requirements

Must be customer focused and have CUSTOMER CARE experience.

Minimum 2 years of relevant experience.
