Job Description

Quest Group's client in Buckhead, is in need of an Executive Administrative Assistant.

This is a well-established, stable company with a professional but fun, fast-paced work environment!

The Admin Assistant will support one Director along with other supportive staff members.

  • Coordinate activities for Senior Director including answering phones, complete expense reports, and follow up on operational commitments.

  • Schedule and organize activities including conference calls, Webex meetings, travel arrangements, workshops, department activities, calendars and appointments.

  • Assist in developing presentation material for webinars

  • Attend and support meetings and conferences

  • Develop agendas, supporting material for meetings

  • Compose, edit and proof documents, announcements, and correspondence

  • Perform quality reviews of documents

This is a contract to hire -  based on performance. Once hired direct, the compensation will increase significantly and you will be offered a bonus, 20 days of PTO and 401K matching.

We require testing for Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Adobe Acrobat.

Job Requirements

  • A minimum of 5 years of Executive Administrative experience supporting an Executive

  • Associates Degree required, Bachelor's Degree preferred

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
