Our client is currently seeking a Community Manager for three Mobile Home Communities within the Havre de Grace, MD area.  



Job Description: 



  1. Rent Collections and Deposits.

  2. Yardi input system

  3. Marketing your property & maintaining occupancy

  4. Property Management reporting

  5. Tenant relations

  6. Asset Management/Preserving quality of property

  7. Work order system

  8. Rental applications

  9. Other office duties as assigned by your supervisor & the management team. The of the property management team is to fill the existing vacancies, minimize delinquent accounts, and service the residents of our community.

Job Requirements

- 3 to 5 years experience as a Property/Community Manager


- Yardi experience 


- Must be able to pass a background check and drug screen
