Our client is seeking a Community Manager for a (155 homes site) Mobile Home Community in the Martinsburg, WV area. 



Responsibilities as a Property Manager:



  1. Rent Collections and Deposits.

  2. Yardi input system

  3. Marketing your property & maintaining occupancy

  4. Property Management reporting

  5. Tenant relations

  6. Asset Management/Preserving quality of property

  7. Work order system

  8. Rental applications

  9. Other office duties as assigned by your supervisor & the management team. The of the property management team is to fill the existing vacancies, minimize delinquent accounts, and service the residents of our community.

Job Requirements

In order to be considered for this role, you would need to have the following experience:


- 3-5 Years of Management experience within the Property Management Industry


- Experience using Yardi


- Be able to pass a background check and drug screen
