Job Description

The Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support and operational assistance to the Director of Operations.

  • Perform administrative and office support activities Director of Operations. This includes a variety of ways including research functions and heavy use of Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

  • Maintain supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level; anticipating needed supplies; placing and expediting orders for supplies; verifying receipt of supplies. 

  • Answer in-coming calls and forward or address appropriately; greet visitors. 

  • Manage key assignment to offices, desks, and suites

  • Manage assignment of building and office access key cards.

  • Weekly inventory of breakroom supplies, reordering when necessary

  • May assist with overflow tasks as requested by Director of Operations 

Job Requirements


  • 1-2 years of previous administrative support experience.

  • Positive leadership, problems solving, and time management skills, ability to work with a team. 

  • Excellent communication, relationship building, and presentation skills. 

  • Extensive software skills, Internet research abilities and strong communication skills required.

  • Strong work ethic, professional appearance and approach, high integrity and strong desire to succeed.
