Job Description

Quest Group's client in the Midtown area, is looking for a Quality Assurance Specialist to monitor and evaluate their customer care and third party contact center employees based on quality standards.

The QA Specialist will:


  • Measure and report team's performance on a weekly and monthly basis; maintain accurate data

  • Calibrate quality scores and provide constructive feedback for improvement

  • Collaborate with Learning & Development department to ensure appropriate training

  • Create, develop, and implement quality programs as well as competitions to promote quality initiatives.

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with the team and support staff

Job Requirements

Must have:


  • 3-5 years of customer support experience with Quality Assurance experience

  • Bachelors Degree in business, management or a related field

  • Strong analytical skills

  • Ability to identify the correct course of action

  • Must have good attendance to promote reliability

  • Intermediate skills in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint

  • Strong communication skills
