Job Description

Quest Group has partnered with a stable and growing company in Alpharetta that is in need of a Sales Operations Specialist!  Are you looking to work for a company that offers growth, a fun work environment including corporate events, and a very generous health care and 401K package? THIS IS IT. The Sales Operations Specialist duties:

  • Maintain updated system documentation and Salesforce policies/procedures
  • Configure workflow rules - visual and process builder flows
  • Create and modify list views
  • Support the sales team by developing new opportunities based on previous engagements
  • Manage all new users including transferring ownership of accounts
  • Develop and deliver reports on leads and existing customers
  • Analyze and profile competitors provided by company for insight
  • Perform development, testing, implementation, documentation, and update tasks related to CRM and other applications

Job Requirements

MUST HAVE:

  • 1-5 years of relevant experience
  • Expertise in CRM maintenance and analysis 
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Understand Salesforce configuration and functional capabilities
  • Experience with Salesforce.com
  • Understanding of Salesforce platform architecture 
  • Ability to manage multiple projects at once
  • Salesforce.com certification is a plus!
  • SQL exposure is a plus!
