Our Salesforce Solutions Architect is a client-facing subject matter expert within the specific domains of the Salesforce applications and tools. Responsible for architecting and implementing solutions across the Sales Cloud, Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud, a Senior Cloud Architect must have a deep understanding of relational databases architecture, system integrations and the systems development life cycle. As a Senior resource, he or she will be expected to lead and advise other team members. They will also assist the Vice President, Technology and Project Delivery to ensure continued team success and reaching of company goals.



As a senior member of the team, the Salesforce Solutions Architect will work closely with the Vice President, Technology & Project Delivery and Principal Solutions Architect to handle the following responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the the VP, Technology and Project Delivery in leading the professional development of team members in Sales Cloud, Community Cloud and/or Service Cloud.

  • Provide feedback to the Vice President, Technology and Project Delivery to ensure continued team success and reaching company goals

  • Assist in hiring and retaining top-level talent

  • Provide leadership and mentoring that reflects the core values of the client. 

  • Handle internal technical trainings related to subject matter expertise as needed

  • Creation of materials and Knowledge Base articles necessary to successfully enable junior resources


  • Bachelor’s Degree in business, information systems or similar degree preferred

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills

  • An advanced level of knowledge of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • A proven problem-solver

  • VAbility to present technical information to non-technical clients and internal team members

  • Strong ability to maintain expected workload in a fast-paced environment

  • Intermediate level SQL and relational database experience

  • Experience working with visualization software applications such as MS Visio, Balsamiq or LucidChart

  • Familiarity with SDLC methodologies including requirements, design, implementation, testing and maintenance

  • Understanding of REST and SOAP APIs related to Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud


  • Intermediate to Advanced knowledge of Service Cloud, Sales Cloud and Community Cloud

  • Familiarity with security standards such as SAML, data encryption

  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud integrations with Pardot and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

  • Familiarity with Sales Cloud custom integrations

  • Familiarity with AMPscript, SSJS, and other web development languages

Job Requirements


      • Work directly with clients to discover and implement solutions within Sales Cloud and Salesforce Marketing Cloud

      • Validates customer’s technical design and solution requests and make suggestions for efficiency and improvement

      • Work with Technical Solutions team and project managers to help ensure success of projects by validating and executing on proposed solutions

      • Provides technical consultation on various aspects of solutions

      • Assist Account Executives with scoping calls, pre-sales on-site visits and Statement-of-Work creation


      • Leverage Salesforce declarative tools and has a deep understanding of scripting language to deliver simple solutions to complex client projects

      • Executes advanced configuration activities based on assigned work orders

      • Conducts solution testing (test scripts) and quality validation

      • Lead the development of solution blueprints

      • Work with Director, Technical Solutions to explore new technologies


      • Create Knowledge Base articles to share experiences with team

      • Assist with providing training to junior technical resources

      • Provide training to clients on Sales Cloud and Pardot custom solutions

      • Provide Sales Cloud admin training to clients

      • Supports documentation process by providing applicable artifacts (code samples, screenshots, etc.)

      • Stay up-to-date on the latest standards by reviewing release notes and keeping Certifications current

      • Consistently share knowledge gained with team via email, technical solutions team meeting, and occasional tech talks
