We are looking for a Sr. Administrative Assistant!

Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Our client would like you to be able to: 

•         Compose, edit, and proof correspondence, announcements, and documents.

•         Prepare, as requested, and post documents on website. These documents may include meeting agendas, minutes, correspondence, reports, and other related documents.

•         Coordinate administrative, operational, and executive activities for the Senior Director

•         Answering telephones, completing expense reports, assisting and resolving problems and inquiries of visitors, review, and control of incoming and outgoing correspondence, and follow-up on operational commitments.

•         Perform quality reviews of documents in accordance with the organization’s style guide and other policies.

•         Schedule and organize complex activities including extensive conference calls, meetings, Webex meetings, workshops, travel arrangements, department activities, appointments, and calendars.

•         Assist as assigned in developing presentation material for webinars.

•         Develop bulletins for informing industry stakeholders of department activity.

•         Develop agendas, supporting material and background packages for meetings.

Job Requirements


Have a minimum of an Associate’s Degree; Bachelor’s preferred.
5-7 years’ experience in an administrative role supporting C-Level executives.
Strong proofreading and quality assurance skills.

Strong word processing skills including ability to use advanced formatting in Microsoft Word, Excel,
PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat, Outlook and website interface
Knowledge of and/or basic skills with SharePoint.
